Returns Window

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or receive a faulty item, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

How to Initiate a Return

Please contact us via our Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us with a description and photo of the issue. We'll do our best to resolve it quickly with either a replacement, repair, or refund.

Return Shipping

  • Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items returned without tracking.
