Welcome to 8th Wonder Jewellery. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. About Us

8th Wonder Jewellery is a UK-based business operating from Birmingham. All transactions are governed by UK law.

2. Orders

When you place an order on our website, you are agreeing to purchase a product subject to these terms.
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. A second email will be sent when your item is dispatched.

3. Product Descriptions

We take care to ensure that all product descriptions and images are accurate. However, due to the handmade or plated nature of some pieces, slight variations may occur.

Materials used: 18k yellow gold-plated stainless steel, 18k yellow gold plated titanium steel.
Some items may contain zircon stones
All sizes and weights are approximate

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable UK VAT (if registered).
Delivery charges are clearly displayed at checkout (£3.95 Royal Mail Tracked – UK only).
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but this will not affect orders already placed.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days using Royal Mail Tracked.

6. Returns & Faulty Items

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it, subject to our Returns Policy.
Items must be unworn, in original condition, and with all packaging.
Earrings are non-returnable unless faulty for hygiene reasons.

7. Care & Maintenance

Our jewellery is designed to be long-lasting, but proper care is essential. Please read our Care Guide for information on how to look after your pieces.

We cannot be held responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow care instructions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including product designs, logos, images, and text, is the property of 8th Wonder Jewellery and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Any indirect, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website
Delays or failures outside of our control (e.g. postal delays or technical issues)

Our total liability to you in respect of any losses shall not exceed the total price of your order.
